This Yogurt Pop recipe is so incredibly easy to make and so much healthier than ice cream. My kids would have ice cream every day if they could so this is a great option. All you need is Raspberries, Strawberries, Plain Yogurt, a little sugar and vanilla essence. You can swap the fruit for your other favourites too. Blackberries, blueberries and banana work really well too. You can also use flavoured yogurt if you want, even a squeeze of lemon juice if you want a little zing! They are really easy to change up, what else would you put in yours? Strawberry & Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Pops Recipe
Handful of Strawberries
Handful of Raspberries
300g Natural Yogurt
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence (or use Vanilla yogurt)
Mash the fruit together to a pulp, mix in the yogurt, sugar and vanilla essence. Simply pour into lolly moulds. I bought ours at Home Bargains for Â£1, most supermarkets sell a version of them pretty cheaply. See video for full visual!
