Spicy Curry Burger Balls

We love to have our children in the kitchen with us, experimenting with new recipes, flavours and ingredients. Teaching children how to cook and then letting them try new recipes on their own as they get older is such an important and wonderful part of growing up and a great way to encourage them to try new things.
Rocco is 10 and suddenly interested in new foods and flavours so we thought it would be fun to invite our friend Sarah from ‘Sarah easy curry’ over to cook with Rocco and her daughters Halima and Hannah, introducing some exciting flavours and ingredients into the mix.
At the start of Autumn, with darker evenings and colder temperatures it’s nice to trial some more hearty, warming dishes. This Burger Balls recipe is a fab one, fun for the kids to make and delicious for the whole family to enjoy.
These were super tasty and I’m sure this wont be the last time Rocco and his friends enjoy making them. You can have them for lunch with a simple salad or serve with rice and a tomato ragu for a larger family dinner. We even tried them cut up into a wrap. They are a really versatile meal.
